Bean + avocado wrap for Sunday!

we absolutely love wraps down here. it's amazing that you can basically put everything in them and never go wrong. when we are being lazy (and we love being lazy) we usually get take-out wraps from our local restaurant with home made falafels and hummus or halloumi cheese.
while making them at home I usually don't put any effort, just add something we have in the fridge. that's how a couple of weeks ago I came up with this easy, but oh-so-tasty recipe.

'beans meet avocado' wrap:

•1 whole avocado
•200gr of red kidney beans
•salt+pepper
•fresh basil
•some fresh salads with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and leek or spring onions
•grated mozzarella cheese
•homemade citrus hummus
•tortillas (obviously!)

there are absolutely no rules in making this, so feel free to add anything you absolutely love! we mixed in some tuna later on and nicely filled up our bellies.

oh and don't forget to place them in preheated oven (180C) for about 10-15 minutes to warm everything up and make the tortillas a bit crunchy!

Let me know if you get a chance to try this! I promise you won't be disappointed!
